FOOD
Vegetarian Foods (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)& Coffee, tea , 2 liter mineral water will be provided while on Tour.
New food plates are given to customer for domestic trip[conditions apply]. Less than 20 packs in a group we are not able to provide the food.
ACCOMMODATION
We will provide accommodation According to your bookings NON-A/C or A/C rooms and will be twin / triple sharing.
In Triple sharing no extra bed will be provided in a double bed room. We also arranging 3*,4*,5*category hotels as per customer requirements.
BUS SEATING
Bus seating will be alloted by booking dates first come first basis to avoid unnecessary problems. Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to monuments / Hotels and other places where the tourist bus cannot go due to the traffic regulation,
are to be borne by the tourists. According to the strength of the group vehicles will be arranged.
PICKUP AND DROP
If any customers are reaching the destination place by different trains or by flight apart from our tour programmes, earlier or later they have to reach the Hotel on their own expenses, If they are reaching, one day earlier, they have to bear one day hotel accommodation expenses. If the customers want us to arrange the pickup
and drop facilities, they have to pay separately for vehicles.
LTC / LFC FACILITY
At the end of the tour you can get your mentioned bill receipt and document to submit for LTC/LFC
TOUR PROGRAMME
Even though the tour schedule will be given earlier, there may be changes or alterations with the date & timings, changing of hotels etc., But these decisions will be taken according to the circumstances only.
LUGGAGES AND PORTERAGE
It is the responsibility of the customers to take care of their luggages and porterage.
TOUR OPERATIONS
We will operate all the tours subject to minimum of 25 Adult Guests. Incase number of guest are below the minimum number,
in that case meals, group activities and other group tour services will not be provided.
TOUR FARE
All our tour fares are based on current costs & rates only. If there is any increase in the fuel prices, Taxes / VAT/ FLIGHT TICKETS / DOLLAR RATES,
we will lead to a hike in tour fares and has to borne by the passengers.
ADVANCE
Customers are requested to pay the advance amount before 90 Days in advance. All the payment should be paid either by Cheque or cash.
Balance amount to be paid 30 days before the departure. Without full payment customers are not entitled to take part in the tour.
CHILDREN TOUR FARE(Domestic)
For Children, 80% of the Tour Fare will be collected between 4-10 yrs. Children upto 3 yrs no amount will be collected. For children below 4 yrs, seats will not be provided. No extra beds will be provided to children and they have to share the parent’s room.
For Children less than 11 years, their parents should show the age proof of the children.
ENTRANCE / PONY / BOATING
Entrance charges at sight seeing spots, transportation by Pony / dolly and boating charges to be borne by customers. Transport charges by pony or Dolly and other incidentals from darchan to darchen (parikarama), Hanumanchatti to Yamunotri, Gaurikund to Kedarnath, Katra - Vaishno devi, Baltal - Amarnath, Varanasi hotel to Temple, are not included in the Tour fare.
Additional expenditure per head in the tour towards pony, Dolly, Local transport within the city, where our coaches are not allowed to drive.
INSURANCE
Customers have to take care of their Travelling insurance with their own cost.
If required we are also arranging travelling insurance for domestic & international, But Manohar Travvels is not responsible in any way for any claims while on tour.
REFUNDS
If the tour will be cancelled by us due to poor response, full refund will be made with proper notice. Any unforeseen events like road blocks, Train Cancellations, Flight Cancellations, any breakdown or accidents, Government policies, Natural calamities, refunds or portion of the amount will not be given. If any customer breaks the tour and returns in the middle of the journey no refunds / part refunds will be given at whatsoever reasons. Dhanalakshmi Travels has full right to change / modify the tour programme incase of any necessity, without prior notice. No refund will be made if any person does not take food / accommodation during the tour (where the fare is inclusive of food / dormitory.
No refund will be given in case of AC failure in the vehicle during the journey.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
In any circumstances, if any customers cannot able to attend for the tour, the cancellation charge will be as follows:
- 30 Days before the tour date, 50% of the tour fare
- 20 Days before the tour date, 75% of the tour fare
- 15 Days before the tour date, 100% of the tour fare
- No refunds will be given for cancellations afterwards.
- Advance amount will not be refundable.
Whenever you have enrolled in any of our tours, it is meant that you have read & accepted all our tour's rules & regulations & instructions.
